Fly on August 5th 2023 overnight to Dublin
Day 1 Arrive at Dublin airport, gather your luggage and when you walk out of baggage you will be met by your Best Irish Golf Tours representative who will accompany your group via luxury coach equipped with coolers, captain's chairs and Wi-Fi for the duration of your journey. We will stop in Dublin to visit the Guiness Storehouse and for lunch at The Brazen Head then we will make the journey to the Killarney Plaza and Spa our home for four nights.
Day 2 After your first Full Irish Breakfast go explore Killarney and enjoy your early afternoon round of golf at Killarney Fish & Golf Club This course has hosted the Irish Open four times. Tonight, visit one of the many great dining choices in Killarney such as Cronin's, Bricen or Quinlan's Fish Shop. After dinner stop by JB Reidy's or Oconnors Pub for a nightcap.
Day 3 We leave early for a round at #1 ranked Ballybunion Old Course. Enjoy your afternoon when back in Killarney.
Day 4 After another great Irish Breakfast we will travel 30 minutes to Dooks Golf Club, this hidden gem while ranked #25 in Ireland is as scenic and challenging as any course on the island. Tonight, make sure you catch some live Irish music when back in town before an early night's rest.
Day 5 We check out early as we take on #6 ranked Tralee, one of our favorite courses Tralee has perhaps the best back nine on the island. After golf we will make the scenic drive to the Trident Hotel Kinsale. Kinsale is known as the foodie capital of Ireland. Fishy Fishy the best dining in a town of many great dining options is just a short walk from the hotel.
Day 6 Get ready for a mid-day round at Old Head of Kinsale, ranked #14 in Ireland this is the Pebble Beach of Europe. The views are unequalled anywhere. Have a drink afterwards on the veranda and enjoy the views before heading back to town.
Day 7 We will head towards Dublin for an afternoon round at The European Club ranked #4 in Ireland and sure to please with great green complexes and two world top 100 golf holes. We have reserved golf carts for this round as there are no blind shots and no caddies. Tonight, we will stay at the Grand Malahide Hotel. Dining options include McGovern's, Malahide Social, Sale e Pepe, and Al Fresco. One of the very best places on the island for pints is JB Gibney's be sure you stop in there for the local live music and the great Guinness. Perhaps there will be a great sporting event on one of the many TVs to watch while you listen to the music and enjoy your proper Guinness.
Day 8 We will play in the afternoon at #3 ranked Portmarnock Golf Club. It has hosted the Irish Open a record 19 times. Many golf enthusiasts consider this to be the finest test of Links golf anywhere. Tonight, when back in town enjoy dinner and make one more stop at JB Gibney's or go by the Jameson Bar at Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links for a night cap.
Day 9 The coach will take the group to the airport just 15 minutes away for your journey home.
Trip Pricing includes Paid Greens Fees, Lodging with full breakfast, and luxury ground transportation throughout your tour.
Caddies can be scheduled at your own expense. Carts can be scheduled at Old Head and have been prepaid for at The European Club. Tour guests are limited to one suitcase, one soft golf travel bag and a backpack. No hard case golf travel bags are allowed.
