By entering or using this website owned by Best Irish Golf Tours, LLC you attest that you are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind to enter into an agreement between you, the guest, and Best Irish Golf Tours, LLC. All guests who book a golf tour with Best Irish Golf Tours, LLC are in agreement that there is a contract to be signed by guest prior to agreed upon golf tour dates to Ireland, England or Scotland. Guest agrees to adhere to said agreement regarding all policies of health, liability, conduct and understands the privacy, cookies and refund policy of Best Irish Golf Tours,LLC
Privacy Policy
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. At times, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, and email address used in communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Cancellation Policy
Guest may receive a 50 percent refund of total trip price if cancelled up to 90 days prior to scheduled trip date. Guest will be entitled to a 50 percent refund of total trip cost up to 30 days prior to scheduled trip date if due to documented health reasons. Guest may substitute a designated replacement guest for any reason up to 15 days prior to scheduled trip date. In the event a tour is cancelled due to governmental restriction of travel, or in the case of a new world wide pandemic at time of tour date, the existing trip will be postponed to a future date agreed upon by both guest(s) and Best Irish Golf Tours, LLC.
